What do you love most about being a play therapist?

The thing I love most about being a play therapist is seeing the unique ways children take the lead in the therapeutic process. I believe when children take the lead they gain a greater sense of self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-worth.

Which toy in the playroom is your favourite and why? 

My favourite toy in the playroom is Meebie because it allows children to explore emotions, overcome difficult emotions, and reflect emotions in the moment.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?

I enjoy spending time with my family, sitting around the dinner table talking or watching a movie together.
